MS Forms Updates

Microsoft Forms is getting a new start page. This updated layout allows users to access and work with forms more easily.

The start page will be reorganized into a tabbed view and the very first option on the page will be a choice to create a new form. The tabs below will offer recent Forms first, then pinned (saved) Forms, and Forms shared by another user to you.
