You will need to expect Traffic and Parking delays for the first week of classes for the Fall semester. The dates would be 8/21 to 8/29.
If your classes are in the morning, arrive at least an hour early before your class begins to avoid traffic in and around all student parking lots.
here is a list of all of the student lots around the UTA Campus area: Lot 30 (By the Tennis Center on Greek Row), Lot 28 (By environmental on Summit Ave.), Lot 33 (By the MAC on UTA Blvd.), Lot 34 & 35 (By Copper Chase Apartments on UTA Blvd.), Lot 36 (By General Academic Classroom Bldg on corner of UTA Blvd and Cooper), Lot 38 (By The UTA Book Store on the Corner of W. 1st St & Spaniolo Dr), Lot 47 (By Pickard Hall, COBA and K.C. Hall on West St), Lot 49 & 52 (On Doug Russell Road), Lot 50 & 51 (on West St), Lot 53 (By Workforce Development & Woodland Spring Apartments on West Mitchell), Lot 55 (By Areodynamics Research Building on West Mitchell), Lot 56 (On corner of Pecan St & Doug Russell Road). Police will be out directing traffic during the day. If you have any questions, ask one the officers directing traffic.
