All County and Government buildings will be closed.
Portions of Elm, Main & Commerce streets around Dealey Plaza will be closed from 4A to 4P
Detours will be in Effect for Dart Routs 1, 12, 19, 21, 35, 42, 60, 63, 155, 164, 206, 278, 283 & D-Link
DARTS Red & Blue lines will stop running between Union Station & West End Stations from 12:10P to 1:10P
Also Expect Delays on the TRE
