On November 17, beginning at 2PM, several services will be disrupted in the LRC during a Network Services switch upgrade for Pickard Hall Floors 1, 2 & 3. The Following services will be affected:
Printing
computer labs
Accessing Streaming Videos on LRC CONVOD Page
Access Capture Lecture Content not on Echo or Blackboard
Accessing Podcast files
The service outage will begin @ 2PM and will take a few hours. Service will be restored once the refresh has been completed. If there are any podcast files that you need to download, you will need to download them prior to the service outage. You will be able to use computers @ the Central Library and other OIT computer labs. If you have any questions, ask a member of the LRC staff for assistance.
