Challenge was the word of the night at The Honors College induction ceremony to inaugurate the college’s newest students where interim Dean Dr. Gustafson spoke about the importance of leadership roles for the UTA community.

“We are an idealistic place,” he said. “We want you to dream big, and we want you to take advantage of the scholarship opportunities that will help you realize those dreams.”

Several students were also awarded scholarships to help fund their academic endeavors. Gustafson reminded students of their merit and value to the university. Continue reading
