The Office of Facilities Management has contracted roof replacement and capstone cleaning at University Hall beginning July 10th lasting 6-8 weeks (dependent on the weather). Due to the heat, the contractor will work daily from 4:00 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m. All building systems will remain operational during this time frame, but there may be additional noises during the process (contractor will do their best to keep this to a minimum). We are aware of finals taking place on Friday, August 11th, and if we aren’t finished by then, we will work around this day to make sure the building remains as quiet as possible. Materials will be staged on the outside of the building beginning Wednesday, July 5th. Please share with your fellow faculty and staff members accordingly.
