In order to make repairs to the Chemistry & Physics Building HVAC system, the Office of Facilities Management will need to turn off Air Handler #2 beginning at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, 12/17/24. This outage should last no longer than 6 hours. This outage will affect rooms on the northeast side of the building as listed below:
1st Floor – Rooms 108, 110, 112, 114, 116, 117, 119, 120, 121
2nd Floor – Rooms 206, 208, 210, 212, 214, 216, 218, 220
3rd Floor – Rooms 310, 312, 316, 316B, 318B, 322, 324, 325
The rooms will still have lab exhaust to keep negative pressure in the labs. The remaining building systems will remain operational during this time frame. Please share with your fellow faculty, research teams, and staff members accordingly.
