During this week’s steam outage, we have determined we need to install a new gas valve for the boilers at the Thermal Energy Plant (TEP). This valve installation will require us to turn off the natural gas service at the TEP in the morning, Wednesday, May 18th, 2022, beginning at 4:30 a.m. lasting no later than 6:30 a.m. The only operation that should be affected is the kitchen at the University Center; kitchen equipment will not have natural gas service during this two-hour time frame.
