Due to an emergency with the steam line serving the Chemistry Research Building, Facilities Management has had to turn off the steam to the building. We are assessing the problem and will get steam service restored as soon as possible. If the outage is going to be long-term, we will update everyone. This outage will affect only the hot water service to the building (labs and restrooms); electrical power, air conditioning, and domestic water service will still be available. Please let your fellow faculty and staff members know as needed.
