Physics Executive Conference Room is located in the Chemistry Physics Building and above the Planetarium. The room features a beautiful campus view with large balcony, five long tables, 38 executive chairs, four side tables, portable power and network stations, podium, microphone, speakers, and projector. The conference room is a perfect place for meetings, presentations, and official occasions.
Reservations
Reservation requests for the conference room are submitted through this website by clicking the Request Reservation link. Requests will be reviewed and time will be granted to UTA departments based on availability.
For campus student organizations, faculty advisors of the organizations must submit reservation requests.
Users are responsible for custom room setups. Table and chair configurations can be re-arranged by users but the room must be returned in the initial condition. The Physics Department will not provide help moving the tables and chairs.
The room features an electronic lock and can be locked and unlocked remotely.
